At Layali Oman we prioritize hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction. Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, all sales are considered final.

No Returns or Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products once an order has been delivered. This policy applies to all items sold at Layali Oman.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning properly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue
• A brief description of the problem

After verification, we will either:

• Send a replacement product , or
• Issue store credit equal to the value of the product.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product due to our error, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit.
